GrowFast Accelerator has successfully concluded the fourth Entrepreneurship Course for Arab Youth in China, held from October 3 to 5, 2024, organized by the Arab Business Forum in China and generously sponsored by Al-Nassaj Global Group. The course spanned three days and aimed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to develop their entrepreneurial projects through an intensive training program featuring interactive sessions and hands-on workshops.
GrowFast Accelerator has successfully concluded the fourth Entrepreneurship Course for Arab Youth in China, held from October 3 to 5, 2024, organized by the Arab Business Forum in China and generously sponsored by Al-Nassaj Global Group. The course spanned three days and aimed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to develop their entrepreneurial projects through an intensive training program featuring interactive sessions and hands-on workshops.
Entrepreneurship Fundamentals
The course kicked off with an opening session where Mr. Jameel Safi, Vice President of the Arab Business Forum in China, and Mr. Ebrahem Haouari, Executive Director of GrowFast Accelerator, welcomed the participants. This was followed by the first training session titled "Introduction to Entrepreneurship," presented by Mr. Ebrahem Haouari In this session, participants were introduced to the foundational elements that serve as the cornerstone in the field of entrepreneurship.
In the evening session, the focus shifted to "Developing the Business Idea," led by trainer Abdul Malik Haddad, followed by a consulting and mentoring session, providing participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive project-specific guidance.
Building the MVP and Project Development Skills
The second day began with a training session titled "Designing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)," delivered by Mr. IEbrahem Haouari. He explored how to build the initial prototype of entrepreneurial projects in effective and innovative ways. This was followed by a session on "Testing and Developing the MVP," presented by Mr. Ahmed Al-Sheikh, where participants learned about user feedback analysis tools to refine their projects and ensure market readiness.
The third session, "Building the Team," was facilitated by Mr. Abdul Malik Haddad, who discussed the importance of professional role distribution to achieve team goals. The day featured multiple practical workshops that enhanced participants' understanding of team-building and business model testing, expanding their practical and entrepreneurial perspectives.
Preparing Pitch Decks and Financial Plans
The third and final day featured a training session on "Pitch Deck Preparation," led by Mr. Ebrahem Haouari, focusing on how to prepare and deliver compelling presentations to attract investor attention. This was followed by a session titled "Financial Planning and Calculating Initial Project Costs" with Mr. Farouk Arafat, immediately followed by an interactive workshop that included preparing financial plans for the participants' projects.
In the last session, Mr. Mohammed Al-Adimi, joining remotely from Muscat, gave a lecture on "Product-Market Fit," where participants engaged with him on strategies for attracting customers and expanding their market share.
Field Visits
On the third and final day, participants had the opportunity to visit the Al-Nassaj Global Group's factory, observing production lines and the technologies used in the industry. The visit also included a tour of the group’s model farm, showcasing a professional work environment and a live example of successful investment.
The course concluded in a creative and passionate atmosphere, with the closing session featuring an exchange of experiences and ideas among participants, adding a sense of enthusiasm and commitment to continue their entrepreneurial journey. The event was distinguished by the presence of several prominent figures from the Arab Business Forum in China, as well as representatives from Al-Nassaj Group.
