General Terms and Conditions

• By using the platform, users agree to these terms.
• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Users must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.
• Services are provided “as is” and may be updated, changed, or limited at any time.
• Users will be notified of major changes or new applicable laws in growfast’s country of registration.
• Users must comply with applicable laws and avoid posting harmful or unlawful content.

User Rights and Responsibilities

• Accuracy & Compliance: Obligation to provide truthful, updated information and comply with relevant laws.

Intellectual Property Policy

• By submitting content, users grant Growfast a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for service improvement, with attribution when appropriate.

Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
• Users may request account closure with prior notice.
• Growfast may suspend or cancel accounts for violations without prior notice.
• Upon termination, access ends, but intellectual property and confidentiality clauses remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" with no guarantees.
• Growfast is not liable for damages resulting from platform use or unavailability.
• If dissatisfied, the sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

Applicable Laws & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Growfast’s country of incorporation and relevant international data protection laws.
• Growfast is not bound by national laws unless explicitly stated.
• Disputes will be resolved amicably when possible, or otherwise referred to international arbitration under mutually agreed terms.
