Today, Saturday, September 7, 2024, the “Growth Future Leaders” accelerator launched the “Growth Future Leaders” program, which is directed at Arab students in China. The launch of its first edition witnessed the participation of a group of students coming from various Chinese provinces.
The program includes a set of training, guidance and interactive activities in entrepreneurship, starting from generating business ideas to sponsoring projects in their early stages.
The session dedicated to the first group of students included a detailed explanation of the accelerator services and benefits dedicated to young entrepreneurs. They also had a special section with the Executive Director, Mr. Ibrahim Hawari, to train on analyzing reality by identifying the opportunities and obstacles surrounding Arab students in China.
The session featured the presentation of successful models of a group of young people who achieved success in the Chinese market despite its complexities and fierce competition. Mr. Berno Lavorata spoke about his career path and the entry of his company specialized in enterprise resource planning into the Chinese market and compared it to the American and Mexican markets.
The founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Al-Nassaj” Group, Mr. Fadi Al-Ahmad, presented an open dialogue with the participants about the story of his transformation from the city of “Aleppo”, the capital of Arab industry, to “China”, the country of global industry, and what are the lessons learned from his experience in developing and renewing methodologies in dealing with the challenges of the financial and business sector.
At the end of the day, the “Al-Nassaj” team conducted a visit to the factories and production lines of the prestigious institution in upholstery weaving, with explanations of all the steps that the textile industry goes through for the benefit of the students, in an applied step of what was discussed in the training and entertainment spaces at the accelerator’s headquarters.
