About the Company

At Al-Furat Water Company, we operate and develop a fully integrated water bottling production line with a production capacity of up to 12,000 bottles per hour, using the latest technologies and international standards.

We are looking for you if you

•  Are originally from Aleppo or currently residing there.
•  Have a proven work experience of at least 5 years in managing mineral water bottling lines or similar projects in the food or beverage industries.
•  Are capable of leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality control, and achieving production goals efficiently.
•  Have experience operating filling, blowing, labeling, and packaging machines, along with skills in maintenance follow-up and ensuring operational readiness.
•  Are proficient in project resource planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
•  Are skilled in using computers and administrative software (such as ERP, Excel, scheduling, and tracking tools).

Key Responsibilities

• Full supervision of all production line stages (blowing – filling – packaging – storage).
• Manage the technical and administrative team and ensure performance indicators are met.
• Coordinate with the quality and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management covering production, breakdowns, and inventory.
• Optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar projects.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and flexibility in managing diverse teams.
•  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
