Job Description

To support IT infrastructure by managing and maintaining computers, internal networks, and small servers—ensuring a stable and secure technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computers, printers, and networking equipment in the office
  • Install and regularly update operating systems (Windows 10/11 and Linux Ubuntu/CentOS)
  • Manage the local area network (LAN) and configure networking devices such as switches and routers
  • Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions
  • Continuously monitor network performance and address technical issues promptly
  • Perform routine system and data backups and document all procedures
  • Install and configure wireless access points and manage Wi-Fi distribution
  • Secure the network using firewall solutions such as pfSense or MikroTik
  • Manage access rights to internal resources and implement security policies
  • Coordinate with ISPs and external support in case of major outages
  • Provide direct support to staff for daily technical issues, including email and software problems

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Network Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical environment involving direct support and network management
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPN technologies
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy within a Windows Server environment
  • Strong skills in both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Preferred certifications include:
    • CompTIA A+
    • CompTIA Network+
    • Cisco CCNA
    • MikroTik MTCNA
  • Ability to work within a team and under time pressure
