Job Description

1. Shared Responsibilities (Financial Analysis & Modeling)
Study Preparation: Prepare the five approved studies on a rotational basis as assigned by the Investment Manager: Technical Study, Market Study, Financial Model Study, Investment Mechanism Study, and the Comprehensive Project File.
Financial Modeling: Build financial models on the approved standard template, ensuring strict separation of assumption tabs without hardcoding any numbers within formulas.
Decision Metrics Calculation: Calculate decision metrics: Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period, Multiple on Invested Capital (MOIC), and Break-Even Point.
Scenario Analysis: Prepare the three mandatory scenarios (Optimistic / Expected / Pessimistic), conduct sensitivity analysis, and perform stress testing.
Assumptions Log: Document the assumptions log: every material assumption, its source, confidence level, and the impact of its change.
Project Evaluation: Complete the approved project evaluation form (50 points across seven axes and 33 sub-evaluation points) for each project, detailing the analysis result for each point.
AI Integration: Utilize approved AI tools for structuring, calculating, testing, and drafting, within the parameters of human verification and source tracking.
Risk Management: Prepare the risk matrix: Probability, Impact, Mitigation Measure, Responsible Party, and Residual Risks.
Confidentiality & Data Security: Strictly adhere to project data confidentiality, ensuring no sensitive data is inputted into tools unapproved by the IT department.
2. Portfolio Management & IC Secretariat Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Manage and periodically update investment files for existing portfolio companies.
Performance Reporting: Prepare quarterly performance reports for each company: actual performance versus approved assumptions, variance analysis, and classification.
Model Updates: Update financial models with actual figures and recalculate expected return metrics.
IC Meeting Preparation: Prepare the Investment Committee agenda and distribute packages to members five working days prior to the meeting, recording receipt dates.
Automated Documentation: Operate the automated documentation system for IC meetings (recording, transcription, draft minutes generation), with human review prior to Chairman approval.
Decision Tracking: Maintain the IC decision log, tracking the implementation of each decision until closure, and presenting an execution status report at every meeting.
Compliance & Conflict of Interest: Collect conflict of interest declarations from members prior to each deal and maintain them in the deal file.
Archiving: Archive versions of models and studies with sequential numbering in the deal folder on the "Growfast" platform.
