يعمل في مجال بناء المنظمات القائمة على القيمة. أسس ثلاث شركات ناشئة خلال ثماني سنوات. حاز على جائزة "٤٠ تحت سن الأربعين" في ليبيا تقديرًا لجهوده في مجال التكنولوجيا التعليمية وبناء القدرات. يسعى لإطلاق وتوسيع نطاق شركات ناشئة جديدة، حيث رفع من كفاءة اكثر من 200 مشروع في ليبيا ويعمل الان في صندوق إستثماري امريكي كمحلل وباحث عن شركات ناشئة ذات فرص إستثمارية كبيرة.
